After 12 years in the IT industry working in various sectors, David Lee (Director) decided to set out and create a professional, reliable, trustworthy and experienced IT business. After much though with the core business services in mind the IT business he built was named RokIT – All Systems Go. An excellent image for our IT support services and cloud solutions.

 

We have a growing customer base largely from referrals and repeat customers using a range of our various services from computer repairs to cloud services. Our growing success is due to the relationships we have built with our customers plus the high level of experience and technical expertise the Rokit team brings to each job.
Based in Cleveland, Redlands the Rokit team cover the areas of the Gold Coast, Logan, Redlands, and Brisbane (Refer to our Service Area for more information).

With our remote support service we are providing our Home and Business clients a fast real-time support resolving the majority of IT issues without even leaving our office. What are your operating hours?

Our Office is open for phone calls Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm to book your jobs.

Our Rokit technicians can service your IT needs Monday to Sunday 8:00am – 5:00pm on availability.

Bookings for immediate response and appointments outside standard hours of operation can be arranged at a premium.

How soon before a RokIT attends my booking?

Rokit will guarantee same day service of booking before 10am. We always aim for same day service for critical requests such us server issues, cloud backups or data recovery, however, on rare occasions it may have to be the next day or same day service is available at a premium.

How long will the remote/onsite appointment take?

The length of the appointment will vary depending on the quantity and severity of the work. We aim to have you back up and running within the hour, however sometimes it’s just not possible. After Rokit comes out and assesses the situation a more accurate calculation can be given.

If my computer needs hardware or software am I obligated to purchase through RokIT?

No.

There is no obligation to purchase hardware or software that Rokit recommends/require to complete the job, however you will still be required to pay the hourly rate.

How can I pay?

Cash, Credit Card, Bank Transfer (Onsite) or Company Cheque – We just don’t accept American Express or Diners Club Cards.
